2020 Holiday Deadline (October 1st) and COVID-19
Peak engagement season is approaching, which means a surge in ring orders for the Lucine & Co team!
In the wake of Covid-19, our world is shopping online more than ever, and relying heavily on postal services. While we have steady control over our processing times (3-4 weeks for normal orders, and 5-6 weeks for custom orders), shipping times are 100% out of our hands. We will continue shipping using Canada Post Xpresspost™ and Fedex Priority™ Worldwide to help mitigate any delays.
We recommend ring orders be in by October 31st 2020, to have a good chance of arriving before the new year. Having extra time will help with any customs and shipping delays that may happen. Please understand that while we are not in a position to make promises, we are doing our absolute best to create every order with love and care, and in a timely manner.
You can also be assured that the nature of our business is considered extremely low-risk. As per the World Health Organization's website, "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low." Our small team is currently healthy and safe, and orders will be fulfilled and shipped as expected.
We're all taking extra measures in regards to sanitation and limiting face-to-face interactions. Thankfully, the various tasks involved in making jewelry require wearing protective gear, and allow most of us to work remotely. Updates will be made should anything compromise the safety of our customers and team!
